Bex (formally known as Arizona Lindsey) is a pop-rock recording artist and mental health advocate whose music is a reflection of her personal journey through trauma and healing. With her highly anticipated album The Process set to release in the spring of 2024, Bex explores themes of resilience, hope, and recovery, drawing from her own experiences. Her unique perspective as an artist is further deepened by her studies in mental health counseling, with a master’s degree expected in 2024.  She has collaborated, writing and producing, with some of the industry’s most respected talents, including Darryl McDaniels (RunDMC), Donnie Klang (MTV's Making the Band), and Lawrence Worrall (Amy Winehouse band). Bex has performed in iconic locations like Times Square and has won the prestigious 'Your Big Break' competition, in addition to receiving multiple awards for her mental health advocacy. Her mission extends beyond music, as she continues to use her platform to de-stigmatize mental health conversations, offering a message of hope and empowerment to her growing audience.

Bex Lindsey holds a bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology and has received her master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Bex utilizes her platforms to unite a community of individuals in trauma recovery who find solace in music. She offers free public mental health education, drawing from her personal experiences and academic background.

On June 6th, 2025 Bex will release the first single in a series of work dedicated to her mission. The single "Little Girl Big Feelings" will be available globally on all digital streaming & download sites.
